“We would like to thank you for the chance to visit the Painted Dogs Lagoon - it is a very unique place which we enjoyed a lot. 

Especially I feel obliged to point out the extraordinary hospitality that we experienced. We were very surprised with the care given to us by Mr P. Thanks to his managerial skills,  your guests may feel fully taken care of! He showed extraordinary involvement.

Also, I must say, that Victor and the safari he arranged for us was magnificent - as we noticed, he definitely stands out from other guides with his involvement and knowledge.
